Just as the Dullahan appears under the cloak of night, igniting wonder and inspiration, our artisanal hot sauces illuminate your culinary escapades with an invigorating zest. Dullahan Goods, based in St. Paul, MN, blends Irish folklore with local roots to craft fermented small-batch hot sauces and condiments. It all started with an interest in home brewing with a quick obsession and pivot to fermentation. It led to growing our own ingredients and crafting our own sauces, and now we cultivate over 40 peppers, mostly super hots, in our backyard. The rest of our ingredients are carefully sourced to ensure the freshest flavors. As a Cottage License company, we take pride in creating bold, handcrafted condiments that showcase the vibrant heat of our hand-grown peppers with a focus on flavor.
